Welcome! I have been a certified childbirth educator through Birth Boot Camp since 2014, and a doula since 2018. I have loved teaching a variety of childbirth education classes and serving families as a Birth and Postpartum Doula for many years through my own private business. In the fall of 2024, I joined the Bloomin' Babies Birth Center team as a Birth Assistant to the midwives there. Sadly, that birth center, after 12 years of serving the Western Slope, was shut down. Not because it wasn't supported by the community or for lack of clients. That birth center was thriving and growing, but when it went from privately owned to a corporation purchasing it, well it didn't last long before they shut it down. Before the doors even closed in the Spring of 2025, midwives in Colorado had a plan to open a new Birth Center on the Western Slope, Tender Gifts Birth and Wellness Center. I joined their team as a Birth Assistant/Childbirth Educator/Doula Team lead in May of 2025. In doing so I have decided to somewhat end my private practice. I will continue to offer placenta encapsulation services privately. However, I now teach childbirth classes and offer doula services through the new Birth Center

If you're interested in ​Birth Boot Camp Classes (I taught for 12 years and still love and support) I have some information and links to that as well. Even though I no longer teach their curriculum, Birth Boot Camp was my community for over a decade, and I will always love and support what they do!
